Set Aside Specialists offers the following services:
Medicare Set Aside Allocations: Medical record review, cost projection using state workers compensation fee schedules, determination of Meidcare/SSDI status, rated age from your preferred settlement broker, submission of the MSA to CMS for approval, and all necessary revisions.
Life Care Plans/Medical Cost Projections: Appropriate for catastrophic or chronic debilitating injury, or for those claims where you simply need to know the value of the future medical.
Additional Consulting Services as Requested: We are available to review medical records for recommendations, provide training on medical topics, etc. Our professionals have a wide range of experience to draw from.
About Our Fees: At Set Aside Specialists, our flat fee service is just that, a flat fee. Once you pay for a MSA, you pay no more. We charge a flat fee for preparation of the MSA including verifying Social Security and/or Medicare status, obtaining a rated age through your preferred settlement broker, investigating conditional payments made, and submission of the proposed MSA to Medicare for approval. If revisions are necessary, they are provided at no additional cost to you. We will revise the MSA as many times as necessary to get the job accomplished.
If you are unsure if you really need a MSA, Set Aside Specialists will prepare a medical cost projection, and we'll even give you a break on it. If later you elect to convert the cost projection to a MSA, we will charge only the difference.
The only additional charges you will ever be charged are in the rare case of trial testimony or deposition when an hourly rate will be applied.
